Adding extra security measures to your website, such as two-factor authentication, firewall rules and headers.
Urgent problems that require fast action. In case of emergencies we respond as quickly as possible.
Installation of custom scripts, tracking codes, chat widgets or other technical additions to your website.
You request webmaster support through a help ticket in your account. Describe as clearly as possible what the problem is or what you would like us to do. We reply within 2 hours — often sooner.
Once we receive your ticket, our team reviews the request and gives an estimate of the time needed. We charge €39.95 excl. VAT per half hour, or part thereof.
Is it an emergency — your website completely offline or hacked? Say so clearly in the ticket so we can give it priority.

Our team reviews the request and gives an estimate of the time and costs involved. In urgent situations we respond as quickly as possible.
Once you approve, we get to work. You are kept informed of the progress via the ticket system and receive a notification when everything has been resolved.
A lot of technical help is already included in your hosting or email plan. Webmaster support is meant for things that fall outside that standard service.
