What is the difference between a Help and a Check package?
A Help package is for concrete work: we fix or arrange something for you. A Check package is an assessment with a report: we examine how something stands and give recommendations, without you having to decide anything afterwards. Both have a fixed price.
When should I choose Webmaster Support and when a Help package?
Do you know exactly what you need and does it fit one of our packages? Then choose a fixed-price Help package. Have something that doesn't fit, or would you rather pay per half hour? Then Webmaster Support is for you — €39.95 excl. VAT per half hour, no subscription.
Do you visit me on site?
No, all help is done remotely. We work through your hosting, your account, WordPress or via screen sharing with your computer. No travel costs, a quick start and help wherever you are.
Do you also help with email on my phone?
We set up mailboxes, forwarding, blacklist checks and SPF/DKIM/DMARC for you. Setting it up on your phone you do yourself — your mail app guides you best there. For mail clients on your computer we can look along with you via screen sharing.
Is there a subscription involved?
No. Every Help or Check package is a one-off job at a fixed price. No automatic renewal, no hidden costs.
How quickly can I be helped?
After your request we get in touch within 24 hours to schedule the work. For urgent cases you can be helped sooner via Webmaster Support.
What if the job turns out bigger than expected?
The fixed price of a Help package covers an agreed scope. If it turns out during the work that more is needed, we get in touch first before continuing. You then decide yourself whether we continue via Webmaster Support or keep to the agreed scope.
